Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects,

God’s love through Jesus Christ
Is the rock of my Salvation,
I do not have to be afraid
Even though my enemies are all around me,

We go to church for pleasure
We urge others to do the same
We have to entertain ourselves
Regardless in “Who’s Name”

Come to my window and watch with me
Life holds so much beauty that we can see
God can transform the most commonplace
Into one of splendor and grace.

Dear God:
Please unite the knots
that are in my mind,
my heart and my life.
Remove the nots,
the can nots and the do nots
that I have in my mind.

God of Love,
I thank You for the people in my life
who are easy to love.
I thank You for my family and friends
who understand my actions,

When I need a quiet place
God draws me away
To a beautiful garden
Where I can pray.

Make me too brave to lie or be unkind.
Make me too understanding, too, to mind
The little hurts companions give, and friends,
The careless hurts that no one quite intends.
