I believe we create our own luck, whether it’s good or bad. Consciously, or unconsciously, we may have ourselves at some time or another, produced our current conditions, either in our bodily health or other circumstances.

So many people concentrate on “what’s wrong” in their lives. This type of thinking only leads to depressing feelings and the inevitable continuation of negative events. Besides, thinking about what’s wrong is certainly not the right way to go about fixing your problems.
Maybe that’s why the Bible tells us to think on what’s true, just, pure, lovely, and things of good report. Plus, if there be any virtue or any praise, we are to think on these things (Philippians 4:8).

A lot of people these days are suffering with a variety of health issues. It’s mainly due to our fast paced society, stress, and plain ignorance.
Stress and poor diet will wreck havoc on our immune systems and leave us in a serious unhealthy state. If we take the time to educate ourselves about the foods we’re putting into our bodies, we’ll reap the benefits of a stronger immune system, not to mention increased energy, reduced body fat, a healthier look

Have you ever heard it said that you don’t get what you want, you get what you expect?
Expectation is the key to receiving. Whether you’re expecting good, or bad, you are sure to receive it.
When we pray we are always asking God for good things. No one asks Him for negative circumstances,

It’s been said that, “To attract attractive people, you must be attractive. To attract powerful people, you must be powerful. To attract committed people, you must be committed. Instead of going to work on them, you go to work on yourself. If you become, you can attract.”

Do you worry? Are you concerned about your future to the point where it steals your joy? Jesus said in Matthew 6:25, “Take no thought for your life.”
That seems simple enough, but for some reason we don’t get it. We think we have to run our own lives and make things happen. If something isn’t going right we think we have to fix it. There’s nothing more frustrating than trying to make something happen that is never meant to happen.

I have been waiting for God to answer my prayers.
Then it happened.
I imagined that God sent me an e-mail message.
This is what He told me.
God:
You are not alone.
I have been searching for a way to communicate with you.
