The “Praying Hands” are much, much more
than just a work of art,
They are the “soul’s creations”
of a deeply thankful heart.
I have looked away from You Lord
Lord let me look upon You
A lthough things are not perfect
B ecause of trial or pain
C ontinue in thanksgiving
D o not begin to blame
E ven when the times are hard
I don’t want to be a burden, God. I certainly don’t want pity. But I can no longer do it all alone.
he Lord is my real Boss, and I shall not want. He gives me peace,
when chaos is all around me. He gently reminds me to pray before I
speak and to do all things without murmuring and complaining.
They say you never miss a thing until after it’s gone,
When things are going great in life you just go on and on.
You take each day for granted as if you have thousands more,
You really don’t appreciate what each new day is for.
He is right there with you as you draw each breath,
He is wanting you to come to Him as you would go
to your parent here in this life,
He is your parent.
A man’s daughter had asked the local pastor to come and pray with her
father. When the pastor arrived, he found the man lying in bed
o often we go through life, just trudging through one day after another
Feeling as if there is no meaning to life. One day is the same as the next.
Not really understanding “Why am I here?” or What difference can I make?”
The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood.
