To stop the tears from running down your face,
To catch you when you fall,
To listen to what you have to say
And I want you to know
that you can trust me with your secrets.
To keep them to me and only me.
That, I will do my best to be the most
Trustworthy and understanding friend I can be.
And I will always be there for you.
As long as you remember this through your hard and happy times,
Wether in flesh-blood, or in spirit and mind,
I’ll be there waiting. . . .
Waiting to listen to what you have to say.
For that is what a true friend is
and that’s what I’ll be.

It is so nice and wonderful to have a good friend. I do not need many friends. Just one person that truly care about me is all I need. It is always comforting to remember someone to share my ups and downs. Although I’ll spare this person, who is my friend, from personal aches and pains. It is not fair to burden anyone especially a loving friend of sorrow and heartaches. I prefer to REMEMBER my friend when roses are blooming and the air I breathe is pure and sweet.
