Is it any wonder
That lovers’ hearts grow dim,
When they do not hold in honor,
The love that’s found within?
Pray, don’t find fault with the man that limps
Or stumbles along the road.
Unless you have worn the shoes he wears
Or struggled beneath his load.
I just wanted to let you know how much I love you and care about you and how greatly I desire to become a meaningful part of your life.
When I am called to duty, God whenever flames may rage;
Give me strength to save some life, whatever be it’s age.
For you I shed my blood,
each drop a pool of mankinds hatred.
For you I hung my head and wept the tears of salt,
bitter and burning in wounds open, festered.
We all need blessings to help us climb to the top of our hill.
Blessings of love and laughter,
Until all of life stands still.
Silent is the hush at the end of the day,
Than tomorrow we are blessed again in every way.
The sleeping earth awakens
The robins start to sing,
The flowers open wide their eyes
to tell us it Spring,
the bleakness of the winter…
Although it happened long ago,
that first glad Easter day;
within the true believer’s heart,
it’s just as real today.
Let Not Your Heart Be Troubled
Let not your soul be sad
Easter is a time of joy
When all hearts should be glad.
In Everything both great and small
We see the hand of God in all,
And in the miracles of Spring
When EVERYWHERE in EVERYTHING…
